1. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Personal Touch Car Wash (the "Sponsor"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of Personal Touch Car Wash as final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on or about [START DATE] at 12:00 AM PT and ending on May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. All times are Pacific Time. All online entries must be received by the end date and time listed above.

4. How to Enter

Enter by submitting the online entry form on this page. Incomplete entries or entries that do not adhere to these Rules may be disqualified. You may enter only once. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent these rules. Fraudulent entries may be removed at Personal Touch Car Wash's sole discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a one (1) year unlimited car wash membership valid at any Personal Touch Car Wash location (Corvallis, Lebanon, Stayton, or Woodburn, Oregon). The approximate retail value of the prize is $650. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Personal Touch Car Wash to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by random drawing under Sponsor's supervision following the close of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days following the drawing. Personal Touch Car Wash is not responsible for failed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 15 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. Any violation of these Rules by a winner will result in immediate disqualification.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, you grant Personal Touch Car Wash the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use your name, portrait, likeness, and biographical information worldwide in any media for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law.
